The Rules and Procedures committee shall be responsible for drafting rules of conduct for membership, for means to enforce such rules, and for drafting rules for club operations. Additionally, the committee shall be responsible for ensuring that any activity occurring under the auspices of the club shall incur no legal Liability to the club or its Board of Directors.
